The Department of Foreign Sign Language Studies, Japan Institute for Sign Language Studies, under the Japan National Center of Sign Language Education (Social Welfare Corporation), is conducting a research project on the living conditions of foreign Deaf residents in Japan with support from the Community Impact Fund.
As part of this project, a Japanese Language Learning Workshop for Foreign Deaf Residents in Japan will be held on Saturday, July 25, at Toyama Sunrise in Tokyo. The Tokyo Federation of the Deaf is also cooperating in this event.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in sharing this information with foreign Deaf residents in the Tokyo metropolitan area and encouraging them to participate in the workshop.
